Free Trial

We offer free trials so you can evaluate the service before committing. We encourage all new customers to start with a free trial.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of activation if the service does not work on your device after following our setup guide and receiving support assistance. Refunds are not available after 24 hours or if credentials have been actively used for streaming.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will verify the claim and process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.
