Cancellation Policy

StreamVault IPTV subscriptions have no long-term contracts. You are free to cancel anytime.

How Cancellation Works

Subscriptions run for the duration you purchased (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). There is no auto-renewal lock-in. When your subscription expires, service simply stops unless you choose to renew.

Early Cancellation

If you wish to cancel before your subscription period ends, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Early cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund unless covered under our Refund Policy.

Renewal Reminders

We send a reminder before your subscription expires so you can renew or let it lapse. No action is required to cancel — simply do not renew.
